Annual Conference Content Deadline
Can you hear that? It’s the countdown ticking away for the 2025 WLIA annual conference! We want to hear from you about your accomplishments, lessons learned, things that made you scratch your head, funny stories about a work project, etc.
This year we are trying to focus on Collaborations and how those working relationships led to a new way of seeing things. The saying goes, “work smarter, not harder” and as a compliment to that, collaborating with other organizations, departments, or colleagues is a way to work smarter. Also, with budgets getting tighter and expectations getting larger, we often find ourselves lacking time, money, access to data or expertise to get a project completed. We want to showcase how problems are getting solved using collaborative efforts. We are hoping this theme will help more people and organizations see more of the creative ways we can work together to get things done.
Don’t let the theme scare though, please submit any ideas for the conference. You will find that more often than not, collaboration is a reoccurring theme in our lives. There is a connection even if you didn’t intend for it to be there.
All presentation and abstract ideas should be submitted by Tuesday, November 26th.
Let's collaborate for your success through this year's WLIA Conference! If you have questions or concerns, email Conference Chair, Kimberly Christman.
