Get your tax exempt forms in now! Room block ends 1/22!

Two items of very imporant information to share:

1. It is very important that you send in your tax-exempt forms ahead of time in to the Kalahari! They need to be e-mailed to dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com or faxed to 608-254-6116 no later than 7 days before the conference in order to achieve tax exempt status.
2. It is crucial that you book your room now.  The room block cut off date is Sunday, January 22nd.  The hotel will continue to accept reservations at our group rate but only as long as standard rooms are available. Rooms are going fast so book now!
