Voting is open for 2025 Board of Directors and President-Elect. Voting will close at noon on Thursday, February 20th. Please note that the closing date is a week BEFORE the 2025 Annual Conference.

You should have received an e-mail from WLIA with a user specific link to make your selections. If you have not received it, please contact Ann Barrett and she will send it to you again.

The WLIA Board of Directors is made up of three officers and 12 board members. The officers are the President, President-Elect and Past-President. The President-Elect is elected by the membership and moves on to become President and then Past-President. The twelve Board members serve as Chair and Vice-Chair of 6 of the standing committees. Each year, 6 new Board members are elected by the WLIA membership after the nomination and approval process. The first year of the term, the newly elected directors are the Vice-Chair of the committee that they would like to Chair the second year of their term. This allows for continuity and transfer of knowledge.

The 2025 Board of Directors will see Colter Sikora moving on to Past-President position and Kim Christman moving to President. There is one candidate for President-Elect, David Buehler.

The six returning Board members are: Sara Chiamulera, Oneida County; Tyler DeBruin, Town of Grand Chute; Chris Dickerson, Waukesha County; Nick Gamroth, Trempealeau County; Staci Hoffman, Jefferson County; and Zach Robinson, LTSB. There are twelve candidates for Board of Directors: Nik Anderson, Ayres Associates; Tyler Caulum, WPPI Energy; Brian DeVries, Sawyer County; Hayden Elza, Wisconsin SCO; Nathan Fazer, Sheboygan County; Monique Hassman, Vernon County; Pam Ledin, AgSource Labs; Brittany Rickey, Dunn County; Nina Rihn, WI DNR; Zakry Schwartz, Door County; Michael Vander Sanden;  Washington County; and
