WLIA Foundation Inc. Photo Contest #1 Results
The results of the first installment of the WLIA Foundation Photo Contest are in! There were many spectacular images that were shared with us and I am super impressed with the ability of our members. After viewing a few of the photos submitted, I felt like a kid at Christmas, anticipating what I might see when I opened the next file. In fact a few times I even uttered "Whoah!" I can't wait to see what comes in the second installment! For more information on that contest see the links near the end of this article. When viewing the images please keep in mind that the final decisions were made by me, an untrained photographer who doesn't even own a nice camera, but have always been really taken with beautiful photograpny. I also got a small bit of help from my two daughters who confirmed my choices when I wanted some reassurance that I'd made the right decision. Sometimes the decisions were pretty difficult. This is only a sample of what we recieved there were other really nice pictures submitted besides these. Sorry to keep you waiting here are the results...
