WLIA Foundation Inc. Photo Contest #2 Results

Once again there were numerous tremendous submissions.  I am eagerly anticipating what is submitted in the third and final contest, Photo Contest #3. The results from the second installment of he WLIA Foundation Photo Contest were deliberated on before and after the holidays and here they are.

Honorable Mention in the snow/ice category goes to Zach Felling with Chippewa River in Shawtown Neighborhood of Eau Claire

First Place in the abstract/blurry category goes to Pam Ledin with Bee Taking off from an Aster
