2023 Annual Conference Keynote Speaker: Dr. Marcus Lewis

The third and Final Keynote Speaker for the 2023 WLIA Annual Conference has been announced.  Dr. Marcus Lewis will join us for the WLIA Annual Conference to be held at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells February 22-24.

Dr. Marcus Lewis is the founder and owner of Key Change Consulting, LLC, an enrolled member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, African American, and a cisgender man.  He has worked in diversity and equity for over ten years.  As a nationally trained Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity (SEED) facilitator and education leader, Dr. Lewis has dedicated his career to working in higher education administration, Native American education, and inclusive advocacy.  He has presented at the national, state, and local levels about educational equity, social justice, and Native American education. 

Dr. Lewis holds advanced degrees in music and earned his education doctorate in 2018.  He currently resides in the Fox Valley with his wife, Lindsey, and their two beautiful children.
