If you've visited the WLIA website since May, you're definitely aware of some major changes. In our switch to Novi AMS, we got a website redesign and a swanky new membership management system. As one of the people responsible for this massive change, I am super happy (and relieved) to get a lot of positive feedback. There has and will be some growing pains but I think, overall, it's been a really good change for the organization.

Our WLIA members, being the tech savvy people that they are, are figuring out how to register for events and how to update information for themselves and their organization. There are some common questions, though, so I took some time to put together a FAQ page to address membership auto-renewals, being a primary contact for an organization, and navigating the Member Compass.
